Dr. Sarah Katz supports clients and their families by fostering a therapeutic alliance, utilizing a values-based approach, and providing skills needed for change. She utilizes evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parent management training (PMT), and exposure therapy.

Sarah has experience providing cognitive behavioral treatments to children, adolescents, and adults struggling with social phobia, generalized anxiety disorder, separation anxiety, selective mutism, depressive disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and disruptive behavior disorders. She has led clients in exposure-based treatment for panic disorder, separation anxiety disorder, and social anxiety disorder. Sarah is committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment.

Prior to SBK, Sarah worked in a group private practice, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and crisis settings.
